Scents by Celine Return & Pickup Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Scents by Celine currently offers shipping and approved in-person purchases only. We do not offer local pickup or pickup from a residential address.
